Different materials: the PVC conveyor belt surface is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is made of polyester fiber cloth + PVC plastic; PVK is the whole braided belt, then it is soaked by PVK fire impact coating. PVK conveyor belt mainly refers to the overall three-dimensional braided core fabric. By soaking PVK pulp, the product has no hidden danger of layering, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no open, no burrs, small stretching rate. Unique polymer modified material can be used for a long time in acidic or alkaline water dissolution, and the stable molecular structure does not change. The improved core technics improves the anti-slip performance of the belt surface, and is mostly used in the logistics industry, withstand the stroke.
PVC conveyor belt has very high strength, light weight, wear resistance, colorful, beautiful, non-toxic and tasteless, anti-static, small stretch, long service life and small resistance, etc., more varieties! PVK conveyor belt, currently, common model : PVK100, PVK125, PVK150.
The appearance of PVC conveyor belt can be divided into the flat and pattern, and the PVK conveyor belts are rough surfaces on both sides.
Temperature range: both are the same: - 10℃ ~ + 80℃.
Connection method: PVC conveyor belt can be hot joint, cold glue or steel buckle joint, the minimum diameter of roller must be increased by 50%.
PVK conveyor belt is mostly steel buckle joint.
Professional processing: PVC conveyor belt surface can be added with various patterns, PVC strip, baffle, skirt, edge seals, perforations, red glue sponges, etc.
PVK conveyor belt currently has very less special processing.
